HAND WASHING
Our 7-Step Process
- Pre-Inspection - Each rug is thoroughly inspected by
our master cleaner who writes instructions to his team for any
special handling he requires for each rug.
- Dust Removal - Soil evacuation, using the effectiveness
of compressed air, is integral to our method of safe pre-cleaning.
- Hand Wash - An expert hand-washing in a submersion bath
assures you that a complete cleaning is being performed. The use
of compressed-air under water creates a "Jacuzzi" effect
for gentle agitation.
- Decontamination Bath - Odor sources and contamination
from the likes of urine, insect infestations, mold and mildew
are dealt with using specialized, specific treatments.
- Rinse - Flushing of soils and cleaning agents
is so thorough that our final rinse water is actually drinkable!
- Drying - Each rug is dried gently yet quickly in our
specially designed atmosphere controlled drying room.
- Fringe Work & Detailing - Final spotting to remove
any foreign matter possible will be done with safety considerations
towards the fibers and dyes as a priority.
